DF24.0 and cCJGridColumnButton

OK... I sorted it out

I modified the current cCJGridControl.pkg that I had as follows:

• added cCJGridControl.pkg and SigCjw_reportcontrol.pkg
• added Class declarations (from OldcCJReportControl.pkg) for
  
  • cCJIReportItemButton
  • cCJReportItemButton
  • cCJIReportItemControls
  • cCJReportItemControls
  • cCJIReportHitTestInfo
  • cCJReportHitTestInfo
  
  
• made several changes for several declarations from "XTP..." to "OLEXTP..."

Attached is my updated package that now works in DF24.0
