Is the following normal behavior?

I'm creating a label report. I'm trying to get 4 labels on one A4 page. This to get a label with item information.
However for the item I also need to print certain options for this item. For this i need to use a subreport, because a label only has a detail section.

But when I place a subreport on the label/report, the result is that the contents of the subreport is printed on the top of the label and not on the location I place the subreport.
Also all the results are printed on top of each other, instead of below each other.

If this is normal, then i'm going to search for an alternate solution.
