I have a DF24 Report with following structure:

Quote Header Report:

  • Report Header
  • Page Header
    • Details A: Some Static Text
    • Details B: Subreport #1
    • Details C: Some Static Text
    • Details D: Some Static Text
    • Details E: Subreport #2

  • Report Footer
  • Page Footer


Quote Detail Subreport# 1:
  • Report Header [Hidden]
  • Page Header [Hidden]
    • Details "Section can span multiple pages"
      Showing QuoteDtl.Description Text with "Wrap Text" and "Variable Height".

  • Report Footer
  • Page Footer [Hidden]


I assume that when the multiple items of QuoteDtl.Description (Within the Subreport#1) with long text exceeds what fits on one page, it would continue on the next page.
Somehow the text is getting cut off mid sentence and does not continue on the next page. Furthermore, it appears to hide the next one or two items that follow. Then a third item may appear starting off the next page.

For better illustration, I added 11 line items to a random quote.
Line item 7 - 11 have all the same text, besides the first and last line, which holds it's line item number.

Could it be that I am missing some settings or what is going on here?
