Is anyone still running an old version of Crystal?

Specifically, I am working with Crystal 8.5 and Dataflex 18.2. It seems now with my users that are using Windows 11 they can no longer export to their desktop or a file on their desktop. They do not get an error or any popup. It just closes and doesn't do anything. Just curious if anyone has had to address this yet?
