I suspect it isn't up to date as I have eliminated all the German and Portuguese newsgroups but still see some or all of each.

Howzabout a general renumber and a new post giving nicely-typed lists for each group of newsgroups that we can cut and paste? If forums MUST be added in ascending numeric order then it should be possible to insert blank ones? 1-99 English, 100-199 German , 200-299 Portuguese.
