Disable Floating Menu in cDBCJGrid?

Hi - 20.1

I have the following set in the grid

Set pbAllowColumnRemove to False
Set pbAllowColumnReorder to False
Set pbAllowColumnResize to False
Set pbAllowDeleteRow to False
Set pbAllowInsertRow to False
Set pbReadOnly to True

I can't use enabled_state as a couple of cells are colored based on value.

I tried Mouse_Down2 without a forward send, but that only seems to get called if editing a column - which can't happen if pbReadOnly is true.

Setting the Floating_Menu (as done in a dfForm) throws an error. Tried in the grid & in a column.

Not only do I not want it to show at all, even if I did, the menu itself is confused:
