    Default Problem with Patch Release 19.1

    The attached self contained Workspace highlights a difference between vdfvm19.dll version 19.1.58.49 (which works correctly) and
    vdfvm19.dll version 19.1.58.54 which crashes on showing the view with the HTML Edit ActiveX control.

    The Com Control does not behave in the later version. This appears to be a bug which is a show stopper just moving forward in the same version 19.1
