Errors creating Alias Table

When I try to create an Alias from my Employee table through the DF19.1 Studio Table Explorer, I get following error message:

"Error Creating Data Dictionary Class"
"The data dictionary class was not created properly and cannot be modeled."

It does create the alias table and the data dictionary within the DDSrc folder.

When adding an existing Data Dictionary via the Table Explorer, I get following error message:

"Cannot Add Existing Data Dictionary"
"The Data Dictionary has not been initialized"

Has anyone run into this before and can help me with this?
