I've had a user report that they frequently get this error:

I keep frequently getting error 5121: "The application was unable to connect to the server"
I read another response on the forum, but it is a bit unclear to me. Does this mean that their computer is losing internet connection, or does it mean that my WebApp Server is the problem?
