Selection List frustration to the max

Samuel, this is what I did, I attached in my first post a very simple view and a selection list, nothing added, no code, created through the wizard.
I changed the menu activation to open this new view, I changed the list in the DD for the fields to use that new list, the results were the same.
So obviously something in the entire project is messing up with this one in particular (there may be others I haven't yet checked all the view and lists because if there number), all I know is that other views and lists do work correctly. It seems related to what Michael has said from the beginning, for some reason the object is not created despite the fact it is not deferred.
