Error 4399 COM object method invocation error

DF19.1 DR 2019 and MSSQL Express

I have this report that when a number of records is exceeded (more than twelve records) this error is generated.

If I suppress the Details section no error is generated.

I am running this report directly from the Dataflex Reports 2019 Designer.

If I run this report through a windows application, the system aborts with an Event ID 1000 faulting module OLEAUT32.dll
