Border Style 19.0 vs. 19.1

Hi -

Like most Windows systems, some views in mine can be resized & some cannot. I have always "trained" users (like that's possible ) that they can tell by the width of the border (dialog vs. thick for us).

However, in 19.1 there doesn't seem to be any difference between the 2?

Both have the Border_Dialog view on the left. Is there some setting I can change?
