This is at a point where I find it amusing - the window style that causes a window to be resizable is WS_THICKFRAME. In DF20, a non-resizable view does NOT have WS_THICKFRAME, yet the view appears to have thick frames.

A quick google search on "WS_THICKFRAME resizable" shows that many people are trying to have windows that are non-resizable with thick frames, yet, the solution is to do a bunch of non-client area drawing/measuring. DAW is able to achieve that goal, but not on purpose (According to Stephen's earlier reply).
