For years we have deployed the TxTextControl OCX.

A recent upgrade to fix a minor issue has now given errors on SOME machines. eg One customer has a five-station network and the OCX registers on three of the five machines.

The upgrade was purchased at considerable expense only a week or so ago, and a request for help was met with "You do not have a subscription". Under the circumstances I would have thought a little help would be forthcoming. I am wondering if anybody can shed some light on this. Having followed the suggestion as noted in the error, resulting in some warnings about further complications, I am somewhat reluctant to take it too much further just yet.
