Hello, everybody,

my current problem is related to SQL-Server 2017 and scalar value functions.

In my SQL database I am adding more and more scalar value functions, so that SQL-queries , -views and also Dataflex reports are easier to create. This has worked wonderfully until today.

Because today I had to make a change to a table for which a function exists.

When I tried to save the change, I got an error message saying that the change could not be made because the "drop table" command could not be executed as long as a function depended on this table. So for a table change the Connectivity Kit seems to want to delete the table first and then save it again with the new definition.

Now I ask myself how I can make table changes in the future?

Does anyone have a solution?
