    Default Wizard Bugs

I am testing DataFlex 2020 on win 10 x64 using Thai fonts.

I changed the label to include some Thai fonts. The display screen did not reflect the correct Than characters. I proceed to fix it in the editor, which displays the correct characters. But in the editor itself there are some ghost characters. Please see attached files.

    Regards,
    Charles

    That's the editor issue.

Charles however is pointing out an issue with the wizard as well.

Say you put this in a field on the wizard
    First Name ชื่อ
Then the wizard spits out this jibberish for you:
Set Label to "First Name ชื่อ"
    So another issue there.
One that should be fixed as the wizard is unusable.

    Hi Charles.

I was getting strange things in the editor with null characters being inserted in my code.

With Vincents help, I was able to search my code and find null characters that were magically appearing in my source code when I use the editor.
For me they were replacing characters like "Set Location to" would be changed to "Set cation to" where the L and the o suddenly became null characters.

Maybe it is something similar for you where the ghost space is a null character.
If it is, currently there doesn't seem to be a resolution.
