For our shelter clients, apart from a lot of the staff wanting to work from home we have helped them add codes in our software to track when they provide COVID coping strategies along with their counselling, and many more of our clients are adding the text messaging feature to our program.

Like others have said, quite boring in comparison to what you are doing.


On a side note, I have had A LOT of issues recently with Join.Me when doing presentations.... slower than normal screens and periodic outages with their phone numbers (+ an error that keeps popping up). I've been trying to reach support for 2 weeks now, but either the phone numbers are out of service or they come back on line but just forever on hold (60+ minutes and then I bail)
