The second video titled "How Windows 10X runs UWP and Win32 apps"

Says amongst other things that there is no system tray in the Win32 container and that background processes will only be run whilst the container is visible on screen

So whenever Win10x arrives it will not be quite the same as the current desktop OS in terms of what you have access to, it seems to be going in a sort of iOS direction with containers and private processes/storage
