Hi All,

It is possible to store complete documents into a SQL database.
In a project i'm working on the functionality requires that the content of these documents needs to be searched.

SQL server has capabilities to search word and i think pdf files. Have to figure out exactly how this works.
If i remember correctly there is an example floating around somewhere.

But articles read in magazines and news papers (yes old style paper) are photographed and stored in the DB too.
I would like to be able to search the content in these documents, identical to word and pdf files. But because these files are just pixels the documents need to be analysed before storing.

Q: Has anyone solved this 'problem' before? Has anyone worked with OCR (Object-Character-Recognition) software in combination with Dataflex?
