Thumbs down 19.1 Client side webproperty's: numbers are not parsed as numbers

So we just discovered our signaturepad doesn't work anymore when switching from 19.0 to 19.1.
After a few hours of digging we found out that df.tNumber types stay strings, in our case they are "2,5" while javascript works with decimals, not comma's.
That results in calculations resulting in NaN values.

When comparing WebObject.js in 19.0 & 19.1 you can clearly see the parsing of df.tNumber types was commented out (what?!).

While in America you use decimal periods, we here in Europe use decimal comma's. Nice job testing this!

This means we can't switch over to 19.1 untill this is fixed, because this probably breaks some other client side controls aswell. Please fix this ASAP.
