    Default VDFQuery Win7 to Win10

VDF 12.1 Customer migrated from Win 7 Machine to Win 10 and everything is working except the query tool. They are getting a winprint error. I don't have a copy of the exact wording yet but any ideas?

    Thanks,
    Tremain

Bet it is to do with Sentinel.exe.

Ok, so know what? Pretend I know nothing about VDF because I only know a little above that

It would really help to see the exact error message.

I don't have the exact error yet. the first is is the app had and error and needed to shut down. it's followed by an exception error with winprint.dll.

Do they have a default printer for the windows machine. Winprint needs that.

Just something to add. I took one of the vdf 19 examples and added vdfquery and it worked without issue so i think that sublimates system related issues ie default printer or .dll in the wrong location right?
