The Data Access Worldwide support forums were offline due to a recent security incident. Our systems have since been reviewed, scanned, hardened and now restored with the expectation of normal, uninterrupted operation. As you may know, it is considered unwise to publish details about security events. Accordingly, except to say "we're back" we will not be disclosing specific details of the incident.

We are working with a well-recognized cyber security consulting firm to assist us with analysis of the incident, hardening of our environment and to determine if any personally identifiable information (PII) was impacted by this event. At this time, there is no evidence that any PII was impacted, and we will continue to assess our obligations in light of the results of the internal investigation.

The incident affected the forum's message content as of January 3, 2020. The restored environment operational now is from the previous day's backup, so messages posted after January 2. 2020 are no longer available. Please review the forum content for any missing posts you may have made and re-post them so support and communication can continue as usual.

We appreciate your patience and understanding during this time and apologize for any inconvenience.
