Help! I am having an issue on two runtime laptops, where printing a report to my printer (or to a PDF) will cause one of two errors:

1) The print queue gets “hung up” and nothing prints from that moment on, until a hard reboot of the printer.

2) The entire DF executable closes.

This only happens on our two runtime machines — the development machine has no issues. I believe this is a continuation of the DF Reports issue I was having earlier. The solution at the time was to install the DF Reports Developer, but not enter the activation code.

My software is useless if my employees can not print the DF reports I developed!

All three laptops are identical — Lenovo Ideapad 330 — so I do not think it is the laptops that are causing the issue.
