Thanks for this. I had come to the conclusion that this was the root of my problem, but have to wait until Tuesday before I can try this as a resolution.

I did solve it by installing the SMSS and this worked. Then after, I realized that I was running 6.1 CK and copied over the 6.2 driver... but on Tuesday, there is supposed to be 2 more new laptops arriving and I was going to try just updating the CK driver... I was pretty sure that this was going to correct it, but haven't been able to try it out yet.

I have a lot of customers running SQL2017 but realized that these ones were all running an app we have released in DF19.0 which of course has the newer CK driver.

Monday is a holiday here, so hopefully I can test this out on Tuesday.
