Hi DAW (Martin)

I have a DB2 table with 3 GENERATED ALWAYS columns (not part of PK).
Code:
sys_start TIMESTAMP(12) GENERATED ALWAYS AS ROW BEGIN NOT NULL,
sys_end TIMESTAMP(12) GENERATED ALWAYS AS ROW END NOT NULL,
trans_id TIMESTAMP(12) GENERATED ALWAYS AS TRANSACTION START ID IMPLICITLY HIDDEN,
I have "Connected " to this table, and tried to save a record on it from DFStudio, and got an error, because DFCK was trying to provide a value for those columns.

So, 1st problem is that the "Connect Wizard" is not recognizing the column as being GENERATED ALWAYS properly.

I went to INT file, and manually added the FIELD_READ_ONLY attribute to those 3 columns.
After that, the edit, and save (UPDATE, INSERT) operations worked fine from DFStudio.

But, if for any reason, you "Refresh" the table definition, the FIELD_READ_ONLY attribute is lost from int, and you start getting errors again.

Could this be fixed/enhanced, please ?

Int portion edited manually:
Code:
FIELD_NUMBER 5
FIELD_TYPE DATETIME
FIELD_READ_ONLY IGNORECHANGE
After table "refresh" from Studio:
Code:
FIELD_NUMBER 5
FIELD_TYPE DATETIME
