I'm looking into this report but I haven't been able to reproduce the problem when installing Beta1 on Windows 7.

During the installation process, did you pick any non-default option? Did all the WebAppCheck tests pass on your machine? Did any progress screen display at all after you pressed Install?

I would like to get more specific information about your environment and installation process.
