We have added some more logging to the client side. We are seeing many web service calls failing. However, based on the volume of calls made, most succeed.
We examine peTransferStatus after the calls.

This failure does explain SOME of the problems we are experiencing. The next question is obviously WHY do they fail. This is a "public" application in the sense that it is available to patients of the medical practices that support it. Without reliance on these web service calls going through as expected, the integrity of the whole offering is questionable. They are absolutely vital to the whole operation.
