Hitting some memory limit & crashing during report design.

First, the screenshot of what I think is the section causing a problem:
Those circles are 23x20 jpg's, 1k. I embedded them in the report. 15 times.
I can add several fields (maybe 6-7) before DR crashes with the following error:
As you can see to the right of the error message, I was adding a field.
What I had to do, was saving the report every couple of changes.
It runs fine, but the design was a big headache.
