I've been avoiding the whole cloud thing, but after Chip's talk at DISD and the great things that Chuck shared, I was excited to think about it as a solution for some of my customers and prospective customers...
So I got engaged, set up AWS to "try it out" and it was every bit as slick to set up as Chip, Chuck (and Stephen) said
. Really, 5 minutes to set up and it was ready to use about 20 minutes later.
BUT ... I had some questions
Let's see... no phone number to call, but I could fill out a form for the Sales department (this seemed the reasonable spot for my questions).
... 10 days elapsed with no response... So I just re-logged my request for a sales rep to call me.
So I am curious.... what kind of satisfaction have others had with AWS support/sales?
