The environment is Windows Terminal Server and VDF 16.1 client network installation.
We have a customer who gets the DataFlex Critical Error, User count exceed for this license.
Getting a couple of users out the application makes no difference to the VDF user count and the error persists. However if they log in as Administrator it works fine.
- How do we reset the VDF user count?
- Are there any tools to interrogate the user count and which user it relates to?
- Under what circumstances would the user count not be updated correctly?
