    Default Error Unable to load DLL, FCP.DLL

    It seems I get this error (#4356) everytime I compile and run from a new version of VDF from Windows XP Pro SP3. I usually end up copying this FCP.DLL from a previous version (i.e. 14.1). Why is this?
