    Re: Problem with ByRef parameters

I don't know what to say. I could offer you to take a quick look at a .prn file of the program if you mail it to me.

If you choose to do that please insert a

    #NOISY 5

    line in your .src file...

    Re: Problem with ByRef parameters

    Hi Lennart,

You have checked that the source file does not contain any characters < 32 (other than 10 and 13). The file does not contain a BOM? (which is 3 odd characters in the absolute beginning...

    Re: Sort tWebRow?

Look in this help article about the SortArray function.

A bit down theres a paragraph called "Extended struct array sort". This includes an example of how to sort an array of structs.

Re: Constrain OR function not working?

Note also that "constrain as" may be ineffective if there is "far between" records that satisfy the boolean expression. Don't let it catch you by surprise.

Condolences to the ones close to him.

I will be missing his never failing birthday greetings. I could always "hear" his bassy voice as I read it.

Or alternatively, at the same place where you "set server" add the line

    Re: VDFQuery Win7 to Win10

In the "Order Entry" sample there is a number of WinPrint reports. You could test if these are functioning (in the 19.0 version).

In the VDFQuery library there is a dbquery.src sample (select...

I agree. But it's impossible to change.

Perhaps there could be a compiler warning when ! appears in string literals.

    Re: VDFQuery Win7 to Win10

    Hi Tremain,

If VDF 12 must be used then VDFQUery 2.4d is the version to use.

You could try to flip VDFQuery to use VPE instead of Winprint. Use vpequery.utl instead of vdquery.utl.

    An error...
