    Re: onManualLoadDat example

    Chris

OK, I think I see your problem. Are you creating a new class for the thing (cWebList, cWebGrid) you are trying to create? That is the way to go, I think (from memories of doing the Dynamic...

    Re: Dataflex Zoom Meet.

Sean - I think that having one or two presentations "ready to go" would be sensible, as otherwise things might get a bit directionless.

Just my 2 though: I'm happy to go with whatever you - and...

I see there: "It will be fixed at some point, but we cannot set a definitive time frame for this" - article posted 18/12/2000 and last edited 20/06/2002. Nearly 20 years of failing to get to...

    Re: Web equivalent of Request_Save_No_Clear

    Dan

I am converting a Windows app to Web and it has two buttons on it (well it actually has a bazillion buttons on it ;), but only two that concern us here), one which is supposed to do a Save...

You are right - I should restore it (and also default the web property to true to match the setting in cWebBaseDEOServer):

Never mind - getting no quick response, I sub-classed cWebView adding (to an already existing subclass in fact):

    Web equivalent of Request_Save_No_Clear

Does anybody have an idea about how to replicate the Windows Request_Save_No_Clear in a Web View?

I don't mean just dynamically doing: Set pbClearAfterSave to False. That is not a Web Property,...

    Re: Floating labels

Harm recommended that I use a cWebMenuButton, with the items being cWebMenuItems, for this purpose - it works pretty well, although it lacks the visual clues which the cSplitButton offers.

Re: xml validation using an xsd file

    Archie

In my understanding, the namespace prefix (i.e. "xs") can be anything you want, but it must refer back to the correct namespace definition (i.e. "http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema").

Re: Registry call not working :-(

OK - "Set pfAccessRights to (KEY_WOW64_64KEY ior KEY_READ)" does what is required, although I had to add "Define KEY_WOW64_64KEY for |CI$0100" to get it to work in DF 19.1 as well.

    Thanks again,...

Sture - Brilliant!! (Although not quite right in detail ;))

    Set pfAccessRights to (KEY_WOW64_64KEY ior KEY_ALL_ACCESS) causes workingness. (Note: WOW64_64, not WOW64_32 - I didn't even realise...
