    Re: What does this do?

    Check out objGroup.utl in VDFQuery. It has usage (carefully labeled as "blabla" :)) & also the definition.

    Re: size of a file?

    I generally limit to 1MB. Sometimes bigger works, sometimes not.

    Re: size of a file?

    I regularly send much larger files than that - several hundred KB at least - sometimes a MB.

    Maybe it's different in Columbia than it is in the US?

    Re: Error: 4323 end_object

    Exactly. Even worse, it can be caused by another missing end* (end_procedure, etc.).

    Maybe someone has a magic way of doing it, but I've always just searched code I recently changed. Highlight...

    Oh - it's worser. Remote uses log into local PCs that are Win7 & Win10 with Citrix - no real RDC.

    Re: datediff

    I never do anything except RDS reports (mostly so there's no DSN, etc.) - so I can't help. RDS reports are filled from DF code (or embedded SQL) so the developer has complete control over what data...

    Re: datediff

    If working with dates - not datetimes, you can simply use arithmetic.

    Date1 = 2020-4-01
    Date2 = 2020-04-15

    Move (Date2-Date1) to iDays iDays will be 14.

    Move (Date1+15) to Date3 Date 3...

    Re: Entry does not exist in Filelist

    I've seen this when using DBBuilder to add a table (or to add a Filelist entry for an SQL table created in the DB).

    Whenever adding either, I always restart the studio & then it seems to be fine.

    Re: Studio - sort tabs

    Even better might be to ask individually.

    100 tabs open? When I get up to about 20, it's time to close a bunch. However, my little brain is probably more limited than you guys.
