    It still doesn't, so why does the 19.1 help imply that it does? I tried to use this for non-fatal warnings and of course everything gets to be fatal...

    same here. If a 'new' version of break were to be created that didn't do begin/end we could certainly use it in a lot of cases, but I'd rather a new command ('springbreak'? 'cleanbreak'? 'teabreak'?)...
