We have made a lot of Connectivity improvements in DataFlex 20.0 and 20.1, some specifically for PostgreSQL. It's probably a bug we fixed or one of the improvements we implemented since 19.1.

Is the data on the same server? Check the full drive(s) for other collating files.
That's sounds like a corrupt index or data that was indexed with a different df_collate.cfg.
Does the order of the 2 DDSrc folders matter?
Are the DD files only in a single folder (not duplicated)?
