    Re: MSSQL Driver error

If this is true I would use the latest version of the ODBC driver: ODBC Driver 17 for SQL Server.

    Re: field_default_value and cDBTextEdit

Somewhere on the forum I found a workaround from you. At least I am able to set the default value of a cDbTextEdit. But hopefully there will be a real solution.

    Re: NEXTGEN First Take (Alpha-2).

That's right, but my comment pointed to the external files. If you are using BOM characters for external files and an external party is expecting an ANSI file then things go wrong.

Re: Sending UTF8 to DR paramter.

Is this DataFlex Reports 8? Otherwise passing UTF8 will be difficult.
  11. Re: How to copy RTF Text to a Memo Field of RDS Runtime Datasource

    Hi Vincent,

    Does this really work?

JSON doesn't support multi line strings. You could use "\n" for line breaks, but in that case DEataFlex Reports needs to process that.

    Hi Marco,

AFAIK you don't meed to register the vpe??.dll. (When you use the vpe??.ocx it is needed).

    Re: PDF Merge

    Hi Dan,

Not yet. I don't need to merge and split PDF files. Normally I create PDF files with DataFlex Reports and VPE.
