If it's any help this is what is installed on my machine. I think I'm on the same windows version as you.

Re: Am I the first webapp of the pool?

+1 I think this is a sane approach.
  3. Re: What will this code really do? (Error found by StarZen's Source Explorer)

The Forward is useless since the message is being sent directly to the object.

What happens if you set pbInitialSelectionEnable to true?
  5. Re: Dragging and dropping in a dbModalPanel

It might have had to do with missing USE for some other classes. While this was a new modal dialog, it was also a cut/paste from a existing view. Designed to edit some records in a grid from a...
  6. Re: Dragging and dropping in a dbModalPanel

I can drag and drop onto a normal dbView (including our sub-class).
  7. Re: Dragging and dropping in a dbModalPanel

Yes it's there. Just the normal stub of a dfo. Object and End_Object
  8. Re: Dragging and dropping in a dbModalPanel

    No it's the base class.
  9. Re: Dragging and dropping in a dbModalPanel

    Nothing special at all.
  10. Dragging and dropping in a dbModalPanel

Weird error. I have a dbModalPanel and want to drag and drop a field from DDO Explorer onto the panel.

I get these series of errors. And then a VERY strange object name (Capture11.png). BTW - DF...

  12. Re: CurrentDateTime, SQL and 24/12 hour display

Yeah I just found that out. Glad I didn't convert my app yet
  13. Re: CurrentDateTime, SQL and 24/12 hour display

My app has been running for years without any issues.

Here's an example. I input (or automatically) timestamp the end time with the AM/PM always shown on the screen. And I can change AM to PM and...
  14. Re: CurrentDateTime, SQL and 24/12 hour display

SWM - can you be more specific? I've been using DateTime values with PM for a long time in MSSQL and don't have any problems. FYI: in my homemade time keeping app.

Re: OLD DB (ADO) Error - Crystal Reports

Flex2Crystal is working fine for my customer. I agree with Garret the installation is a PIA but once you get over that it works as good or better than the old Crystal.

    Re: Has hell frozen over?

We used mostly the old Data_Set stuff in our 3.x CM apps. When DD's came out we did switch some. It's a bit of an adjustment but for the last 20+ years I've used them. In fact, I don't even remember...
