    Re: Chilkat 32bit and 64bit

    Bingo. That was the issue.

I seem to have it solved. I re-downloaded both DLLS and reregistered them

I have two different versions and I suppose that this may have been the issue

    Re: Chilkat 32bit and 64bit

    Hi Wil

Yes I have the two different packages, but the thing is as soon as I register the 64 bit dll, the 32 bit one no longer works.

I have to unregister the 64 bit Dll, then reregister the 32...

    Re: Chilkat 32bit and 64bit

    Thanks Wil

I agree, both PKG files are identical... The issue seems to be registering both the 32 bit version and the 64 bit version on the computer for use at the same time for 2 programs (1 in...

    Re: Chilkat 32bit and 64bit

Here is what I have found: Both the 32 bit and the 64 bit version of the ChilKat DLL use the exact same name. So when Dataflex looks up the DLL, it only finds the 64 bit version (which of course...

    Re: Chilkat 32bit and 64bit

I don't think so. The date of the PKG in my APPSRC is from 2018, but there does seem to be some sort of cross-up since I started using the 64 bit DLL a few weeks ago.

    Chilkat 32bit and 64bit

I'm not sure if this is a result of running both the 32 bit and the 64 bit version of ChilKat, so looking for ideas of what might be wrong.

I recently added the Chilkat to one of my 32 bit apps...

I noticed that it is in the saved, but I think only because I had saved it previously... Even so, without the autofill, it is better than having somebody sit down at a computer and be able to log in...

    Re: Message Trace in DF20

    Thanks Samuel and Dennis...

I did figure out the issue that I wanted the Trace for, but I will definitely try to get this functioning. I started to think maybe it wouldn't work in a WebApp.

Yes. The breakpoints worked. Did the Trace that I posted look normal to you?

Thanks Dennis.... I will have a look for that. I was thinking a pop up screen used to inform you of where the file is.
