    Unhandled error message default location

    The default location of an unhandled Error box location is undesirable.
    It appears locate itself on the center on the monitor.

    For a 32 bit Windows Server 2008 you need to install SP2 and ALL 215+ updates.

    Then make the following registry changes manually

    Disable TLS 1.0

    I have the same problem. I have TLS 1.2 support and yet my VDF 17 app will not use it, if I disable TLS 1.0, my APP fails to make the call. If I turn it back on, it works....
