Thanks - there is still an "I" with a blue circle around it. Can I change the image to be my company logo or something?
Is there a way to change the "big red X" image on a stop box? I am using a stop box to let the user know a record was saved, but the "big red X" seems to confuse my user -- he's thinking the "big...
I have three views (created by the wizard), three tables, and three data dictionaries:

For some odd reason, I can save to the...
Thank you! That worked!
I don't know... I tried to change the name of the file in the folder from xxxxx.dat to xxxxx.dat2 and it didn't like that either.
It gave me an error that IIS.EXE was using the file.
How do I...
OK -- this is the THIRD time I have had problems with Dataflex and Windows 10. I have no idea why this continues to be a problem, but it is incredibly frustrating!
I am running DF as...
Thanks Evertjan. I'm a bit confused by your function sample.
Where do I put that function? How do I call it? What do I do with the handle that is returned by the function?
I'm not following you on this Samuel. When the webapp is starting up, that's when I want to check to see what view should be loaded. After that, I don't know why I would want to change it.
The...

Yep! Perfect! Thank you for pointing me in the right direction! :)
Just starting to write web apps... what is the web version of a “stop box”?
Thanks Dennis! I just came here to provide an update of my own, but you beat me to it!
I’m already writing my software — up and running! I am sure I will have lots of questions! :)
Thank you Stephen!
Thanks Sam.
I'm not sure I made myself clear earlier. I purchased a brand new laptop. I did not install any other software on it. I installed Dataflex Developer. It doesn't work.
That's it....
Samuel -- I have heard of Active-Directory, but I don't know exactly what that is, or how to enable / disable it. My laptop is just a laptop, with no network or anything -- so I doubt it's in an...
Just tried this. I purchased a BRAND NEW computer and installed DataFlex Studio on it. I made sure to install IIS (which was the default). I receive the exact same error.
Yes -- the file is there.
When I run it outside the studio, it complains, "Invalid command line passed to the wizard. The wizard must be called with a T=Transfer File Name parameter."
OK. I am officially REALLY FRUSTRATED with this, and I need some sort of official help from DataAccess.
I actually went out and purchased a BRAND NEW computer, with a fresh install of Windows 10....
Vincent?
Thanks for your help Vincent! This one is driving me crazy!

Thanks for your assistance Dennis! Yes, my computer only has one user, and that user has Administrator privaleges.
Thanks Samuel -- that was suggested in the previous thread, and it does not change anything. I get the exact same error.
1) Open the Workspace
2) Click on "Create a Project"
3) Click on "Desktop Web Project"
4) This is where I get the error shown in my initial post.
I posted this once before, and never got a definitive answer. Now, the entire thread seems to have been removed! I have a customer who wants me to build them some web-based software. Every time I...
