    use a fixed format to convert to your string web-property, and don't rely on windows regional settings.

    I would suggest using the ISO format. 'yyyy-MM-dd-HH:mm:ss.nnn'

    that's your problem, you are moving the datetime to a strting..

    So, the regional settings are applied to perform the convertion.

    Do not use the string. use DateTime type only.
