I've never done anything like that... :o
Hi Mike,
I just went to vdf-guidance.com and it didn't ask me to log in. I was able to get to the several pages that I tried. Maybe something has changed but it doesn't look like it to me. I went...
Ulf, You really don't need the "GO" and as Michael said, it won't work anyway. ESQL executes the SQL with or without the ;
Hopefully you won’t need all of those drugs unless there’s some other reason for them
A genuine case of PEBKAC eh? Never had that problem myself...
I think you meant "cobble"? English is such a PITA, isn't it... ;)
Another county heard from...
Rachael,
An alternative would be to write to a log file instead of using showln. That would work for all situations, debugging or just running the webapp. And maybe add a config switch to turn it...
What Garret said for both of my hip replacements
Showlns do work in a locally run Webapp when running in the debugger, I've used them successfully. Of course you need to remember to remove them for production since they wouldn't do much.
Nice catch, Mike
Thanks for the idea Frank. That along with PrettyFormatXml.xsl from Vincent's post made it almost trivial to do.
Dennis, under XSLTransformation in the help there's a bug in the example code...
Never mind...

Vincent,
Our Webapp application is a little odd in that it doesn't have any user visible web pages so I don't think this would work for us but thanks for sharing.
Yes, that's my scenario, post going to production we needed to do some troubleshooting, to know exactly what was being sent to the vendor's URL.
Thanks for this Wil, exactly what I was searching for. And this begs the question of why DAW doesn't provide such hooks in the cClientWebService class? It would seem to be very useful for any...
I just downloaded and installed DFR-2024. I fired up the designer and converted the report, set up the various paths and all seemed to test correctly.
Then I compiled and ran the 19.1 report view...
Never mind, silly question. I'd remove the image too but can't figure out how
Never mind...
Thanks Vincent
In the report print dialog, the output type is .pdf but if I don't actually put ".pdf " on the file name, it writes that name without an extension. If Windoze can automagically add the extension I...
