    with the updated packages for DF20 you should be able to recompile and run your reports without changes.

    VPE does not support unicode as of yet so there is no solution...

    yes. any data that is user/session specific needs to be a web property or in a database etc so it can be restored for each roundtrip

    yes, table locking with the embedded db is in filelist order and prevents deadlocks that way as long as you dont use multiple filelists or have multiple entries for the same table in the filelist...
