Forms and components are "compressed" at certain resolutions
Hi!
I have a couple of end users who runs the screen resolution 1366*768, for me, a very strange resolution.
In a certain view a grid does not show at their computers, if i simulate the resolution in chrome, safari and mozilla it does display the grid.
What could be the "problem" I do think they have a bigger font in windows or in the browser or magnify somehow that makes the grid dissapear but shows the rest of the components on the screen.
But they say that they have not a bigger font or magnify the size in their browsers?!
What could i debug? I am saving screen resolution, operatingsystem, version of browser.
One of the user is using windows 7 and another windows 10 so i don't think the older OS does something
Re: Forms and components are "compressed" at certain resolutions
1366*768 is in fact a pretty common resolution. A lot of 14" and 15.6" laptops from the past 10 years have it. Nowadays it is becoming less common as 1920*1080 is starting to be the standard. I would say check the browser version, install it and try if you can replicate the problem. I don't know wheter Windows scaling might have something to do here. It is usually disabled with those resolutions.
