This may be a "mental moment", but the studio is limiting the height I can use for a view (900 vertical resolution). How do I overcome this? I have a scrolling container and I need more height in the view for the objects.

When I increase the screen resolution on my monitor, I can increase the height to the maximum of my screen resolution but this is still not enough to be able to design the view.
I just went into properties for the view & changed the height part of Size to 1200 on a view & it went way down below the bottom of the screen.
This was in 19.0
When I change the size in the property sheet it has no affect on the size of the view in the designer. When I pull down on the view it does not extend the height.
I just tried it in 19.1 & 18.2 & it worked fine for me. Try closing & reopening the studio?
No go! Using 19.1. Also had this happen recently at a customer site in their designer (19.1)!
Sam,
I'm seeing the proper behavior in the Order example (in 19.1). My monitor is 1080 (vertical) and I see the size to 2000 and it works fine. I did this using both the properties panel and just editing the code. Have you tried the Order example to see if you get the same, expected, behavior?
No, the order entry does not let me go beyond 900 (or just below it)!
Sam,
What operating system are you using? Can you tell me exactly what you are changing in Order and what you are seeing when you do it? Also, do you have any changes to the class library or are the packages and pre-compiles "as shipped"?
Windows 10. I select the dbView in the designer, then pull down on the marker with the mouse at the bottom to extend the height of the view. When I release the mouse, the view goes back to the "maximum" size.
