This didn't work properly in DF v25, but yesterday Harm pointed out that in DF26 the Studio responds to such changes, so I tried it in that.

I found that while when I added to the "projects" array in the .sws file, the Studio said: "The workspace has changed on disk. Do you want to reload it now?", if I clicked "Yes" it failed to update its "Project" combos, either on the toolbar or in Workspace explorer. :(

Studio build 26.0.50.65 (DF 26.0 Beta).

Why do I put this in "2026-testing" forum?

Only because it seemed to happen right after I managed to install the 26.0 b1 Studio.

Regardless of that being the reason or not, does anybody have an idea what cased this?

Type "M" and select one of the values using the keyboard (down keys and Enter).

The value is selected, the form is updated but the suggestion list keeps opened. User would expect it to close.

Hit Tab, and you are stuck, focus does not goes to the next form in the view. but instead, loops between the Search inner form and the real main parent form .

Only way to close the suggestion is by using the mouse and clicking somewhere else, or using ESC key

My findings may seem odd and probably will not happen for most developers, but I wonder if it might be a sign of an underlying bug in the 64-bit df-cli.exe?

Here's the scenario:
The DFRefactor project has a test-compile facility to make it easy to test-compile any source code program that has been refactored. Thus there are settings that can be made under the ProgramSetup dialog + there is a TestCompile dialog.

As a test I tried both the x64 and the standard df-cli.exe when test-compiling the DF 26 FlexTron sample app.

Using the "Bin" df-cli.exe to compile with the following, works great:
c:\program files\dataflex 26.0\bin\df-cli.exe build-file "C:\DataFlex 26.0 Examples\FlexTron\AppSrc\WebAndWindows.src" --workspace "C:\DataFlex 26.0 Examples\FlexTron\FlexTron.sws" --rebuild"

But compiling with the Bin64 df-cli.exe exits with error code: "23"
c:\program files\dataflex 26.0\bin64\df-cli.exe build-file "C:\DataFlex 26.0 Examples\FlexTron\AppSrc\WebAndWindows.src" --workspace "C:\DataFlex 26.0 Examples\FlexTron\FlexTron.sws" --rebuild"


The only thing that are different between the two is the "bin64" vs "bin"

As said, this is not a problem for me, as I just subsitute "bin64" with "bin" for the df-cli.bin path and it works.

otherwise how should a user can proceed safely. !?

As I don't know what files are those, and what application needs to be stopped, I canceled the uninstall.

Tried again, after a reboot, but got the same loop.

This is new.. like word highlighting

Are there any options around this? I don't really need all my "To"'s automatically highlighted when I click on it or move my cursor to it. In notepad++ I double click on a word to get this feature, so it's less intrusive.
