    What is Skinning?

    Skinning can be defined as the process of applying a skin (customized graphical appearances) in order to change an application’s look and feel.     In Visual DataFlex 14.0 we made a major change in the way we size dialogs. Instead setting a size based on the dialog's outer window size, we sized it based on the Client Area Size. It might be worth explaining how we came about making the Client Area Size change.
