Rebuild DD List

This is a PITA to run, as it has to be supervised.

Can't it be changed to run quietly and just display the list of missing file info at the end?

about 400 tables, 5 minutes or more.

Be aware that if you have multiple DDs for a table (say one that uses security & one that doesn't for an "outside" app), it will reset them to the "main" dd up as well.

So - I never run that!
