Hi DAW,

In the forum header, we have links to the forum, blogs, and DataFlex Learning Center.

Useful stuff, that I use a lot.

It would be nice to have a 4th option in the header, with a link to the official online doc pages..

| Forum | Blogs | DataFlex Learning Center | DataFlex Help (https://docs.dataaccess.com/dataflexhelp)

Thanks in advance

Your idea was so good that we needed to super size it! :)

Dennis - well done for that. Often when trying to answer questions, you want to point the questioner to an article in the Help, so having that link right there is a boon, but also DAW staff (especially at DAE... and doubly especially Vincent ;)) suggest creating a HDE ticket, so a very good improvement all round I think. Kind of joined-up support, indicating a maturation of our process in that.

Having the HDE there is great! Now if only we could view tickets other than our own (with the submitter's permission of course).

Just can't make people happy dontcha know...
